Calls and asks if I have $3,000 in debt. When I asked what company I was speaking to, a woman name RACHEL hung up on me! Shame on you scammers! What you are doing is illegal Rachel!
I can't seem to stop these calls, even though I've reported them. It's usually either Rachel or Tiffany (card holder or card member services), and they don't care if you ask to be put on their do not call list, or if you're on the national list, or if you've reported them to the FCC. We've had a 0 balance for several years, so they are definitely just blind-calling scammers.
THIS IS A SCAM - I have reported them to the FTC and they have also been reported to the Credit bureaus with Fraud Alerts posted - they also use other numbers - I hope they get arested!!!!!!!
Don't press "1" to complain. They just immediately disconnect. Don't try to call 360-474-3909. The number is usually "temporarily out of service". DO Try reporting to the DNC registry. They'll not desist until they are subjected to a very fat fine. Maybe not even then. Next to the diabetes supply hawkers, this is the most aggravating call I receive.
We have been receiving numerous calls from persons stating that we just called them, 360-479-3909. Come to find out that our number is showing up on persons caller id, but we have not been calling anyone. The number that is left on the message for these persons is 360-474-3909. Please people we are not responsible for these calls to you so please do not get angry at us for the wrong number showing up on your caller id. It is not us. I put in a complaint to the State Attorney General and NCO Financial. So hopefully this will all stop. Please be patient and don't get angry with us when you call. Thanks so much for your understanding in this very bad situation.
There are some people that nothing better to do than extensively research where these calls originate f
from and then make an example of the place.Do you remember VA.Tech?
