I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Keep getting calls from.this area code. If you have an android there is an app called "call control".. fairly cheap but works like a charm on all these numbers. I kept getting calls. Now my phone just hands up and does not send to voicemail :)
Do Not Call list is a big JOKE. I registered all my phone numbers with the DNC list but these scumbags kept calling ALL my phone EVERYDAY. Do Not Call list is a big JOKE!!!
These scumbags called my Magic Jack number several times, CallerID showed 360-474-3921. Another numbers that these scumbags used was 360-474-3939.
