I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Just got a call from this number today, 9 AM, saturday. Didn't answer as didn't recognize number. The caller id says Ind Sur Group/ Left no message on answering machine answering. Will add it to my block list so next time all it gets is a ringing phone that never answers.
Checked here to see if number listed and saw all these messages. Really detest callers like this but having a caller id manager helps a lot. Will never ring my phone again.
