I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.

The phone number you were directed to apparently belongs to Four Amigos Travel, a travel package telemarketer. They have also been sued by the EEOC (http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/newsroom/release/5-26-11a.cfm) for sexual harassment. Must be scamming themselves as political survey to get around the no-call requirements.
Got a call from this number at 9:37 a.m. this morning (Saturday). I recognized the caller ID from a few other numbers I've had calls from recently: "IND SUR GROUP". Well at least they have learned how to spell in the last week -- the previous calls were coming from "IND SUR GROIP". I immediately hung up on them and the morons called back immediately -- within 15 seconds. So I hung up on them again. I really need to get a phone that can block calls. Verizon is completely useless at this.
