I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
I NEVER answer calls if I do not recognize ph # & have a Talking Panasonic ph that tells me # & who is calling. It also BLOCKS callers I do not want to talk to. Once you answer they know it is a working current # & will NEVER stop calling. This # (360-474-3921) comes from Arlington, Wa state & from reading other posts on here, it is from IND SUR GROUP giving "FREE" Carribean cruises (HA), for a fee of $118.00 for taxes (if you give your credit card #). You NEVER give that out nor any personal info)!!! I got my call (private ph # & on DNC lists which is where they get a lot of #s to call I'm sure) @3:36pm Sat 6/9/12 w/ Arlington. Wash. on caller ID & I (as usual) did NOT answer it. I suggest everyone fo the same. Best thing I've found works for me. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
