I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
This number keeps calling me and I tried to call back but a message with an english accient says it's not available please try agian later. They call my home phone several times a day and never leave a message. I am having the number blocked through my phone provider because I am fed up with it.
