I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
They called my cell, it rang but before I got there it went to voice.. they left no message - Annoying since it cost me minutes and had me running to the phone. They are now blocked
