I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Another scam so onto my blocked caller list - I never answer any call whose caller ID I don't recognize. If it's important they can leave a message, but they never do.
I got a call from this same number--360-474-3921. My caller id said IND SUR GROUP as well. Thanks everyone for helping me figure out who they are. I, too am already on the do not call list and I agree that the do not call list is useless--I still get solicitor calls anyway. I am so tired of these calls!
