Just received another call from them 2 minutes ago. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice-mail. I am constantly getting calls from various numbers in the US that appear on my call display as being from Washington.
I trace them but alot of good that will do because, unless they are threatening, etc., there's not much that can be done.
I called back. I used *67 to mask my number from call display. I got an automated message saying the number was temporarily out of service. Yeah, right. SCAM.
Endless calls from these criminals ....same crime just switch phone numbers when I block them on one number. CRETINS! So far have had calls from 3 or 4 different numbers.
I'm not stupid enough to fall for your crime....IDIOTS. These criminals really aren't in Washington but are some half-brained idiots from off-shore of the US. Essentially uneducated low IQ low lifes. They are spoofing these numbers.
Here's the scam.
Take our brief political survey (consisting of inane questions my 18 month old would be able to answer) then you get a free cruise (everyone one who takes the survey wins the "cruise") And to claim your "prize" you have to give a credit card number to them. Sure LOL LOL LOL
See what I mean about half-brained criminals (not even the most feeble minded US criminal would think this would work. (And yes, they are calling Canadians to answer this survey about US politics ..... like why would we care about US politics, we don't even care about our own).
