Just received another call from them 2 minutes ago. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice-mail. I am constantly getting calls from various numbers in the US that appear on my call display as being from Washington.
I trace them but alot of good that will do because, unless they are threatening, etc., there's not much that can be done.

Got a call from 360-474-3960 a few minutes ago, but the caller did not leave a message. It looks like these scammers are getting busy. The number appears to be spoofed and I could not block it.
It also works on Canadian Telemarketers. These are US Fishies swimming in the Canadian pond, so they get thru. Stupid loophole being exploited to the fullest.
