I have been getting these calls too. I finally called back and it said something about survey times closed. In order to remove your number press 1. I did and it said I was permanently removed from their list...so we'll see what happens.
I have been receiving these calls as well. In my job I call and do surveys but we don't promote anything we take the survey and don't even get your name or address. If someone is asking for this information it is a scam and you should ignore them. I don't know any company in 2012 that doesn't have a central database so if someone tells you they cannot cover all their offices it is a scam also better business bureau in your state or in Washington state should be able to file a complaint for you and contact them regarding loss of time and harassment.
If you call back, as suggested by the shill for this telemarketing fraud, your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls from this fraud, and sold to the operators of other similar telemarketing frauds.
