The do not call registry is worthless, they are doing nothing to shut these multiple dialer's down. That's what the whole country is getting now days from area code 360-474-many last 4 digits, and area 503.
These are all soliciting under the guise of taking a survey which I'm sure they don't make one survey note.
Comes though on our Verizon Cell Phones for the most part. I have complained to Verizon about letting their customers block all calls from and Area code by using 360 and a wild card *. Since these solicitors are changing the last 4 digits all the time. I will not pay Verizon an extra $5 a month to block up to 20 numbers does no good. There are many dialers going from area 360 and area 503 and on and on. I have a Magic Jack land line with a program called magic features that allows you to use a Wildcard, which is a * that will block calls from an entire area code. These dialers from Washington and Oregon should be shut down by the government and fined substantially, but they aren't.
Ruth says call back and hit #1 they will take you off the list, these are random dialers, they will not take you off a list. They just keep calling against the Do not Call rules, they should be fined out of business.
I received this call today. I picked up and no one said anyting... I just hung up.It seems to be a random dumb calling scam and they can't even get that right. DUH
