listed as CNAM on caller id with number 360-529-6137. They left an automated message on my voicemail about lowering interest rates, press 9 to speak with a specialist, press 1 to opt out of calls. Probably a scam...
360-529-6137 and CNAM on the Caller ID. As mentioned above, recorded message for lowering credit card interest rates, with 9 to speak to a representative, and 1 to opt out. I pressed 1, and was transferred to an agent with lots of background noise. Asked if I was calling about lowering my rates. I said No, I hit 1 to opt out. When no response, I repeated, and said it appears there is something wrong with their phone system. Respnse: "There always is." I then asked how I can be removed. Response: "You can't." Then they hung up.
Caller identified company as Card Services. She kept pressing for credit card number with the highest interest rate. She said it's safe because they do not ask for the security number on back. I kept pressing for more information and got hung up on. I have received numerous calls from this number and either get hung up on or a message is left on our machine.
Keep getting calls from this number even though I have pressed the 1 key to be removed from their list and have asked operators to do that too. What a nightmare!
