Numerous calls from this number regarding lowering my interest rate on credit cards. When I push "1" to try to see if I can find out who they are, the phone hangs up.
Call ID shows Student Service...caller is recorded...want to do a loan modification or lower interest rates.
Calls 3 X day at least. NO OPTION TO REMOVE MY NUMBER. Please help us all have more privacy and STOP THESE CALLS.
wanting to lower my credit card rates...says its my "last Chance" told them this was there last chance to quit calling me. they said they do not apply to the do nat call list as this is in reference to my credit card... I laughed and told them I do nat have a credit card. they hung up on me before I could hang up on them! LOL
This company calls a number on the MISSOURI and US do not call lists and does not wait for a pickup. Then a callback gets no resp[onse. They need a full lesson in manners.
I received 8 calls from this number all ten minutes apart from each other. I was away from my phone for about an hour and was shocked to see that many missed calls from an unknown number. No voice mail, just that the call was from Washington.
