Numerous calls from this number regarding lowering my interest rate on credit cards. When I push "1" to try to see if I can find out who they are, the phone hangs up.
A telemarketer claiming to "lower my credit card interest rates" has called me several times. At first I tried to have them take me off their list but they kept calling. At this time I was starting to get curious. I called Visa, Master Card, and American Express (of which this company claims to be in association) denies their involvement of third party "card member services." Every time they call, I try to get the name of the company they work for, all they tell me is they are "card member services" and "we coordinate with Visa, Master, American Express, Discover to lower your interest rates." As it try to pry for the company name they work for, the call is cut off mid sentence in many cases on their end. This tells me they is a minder listening in on the call on their end with a end call function.
As I mentioned before, the major credit card companies mentioned by this company deny and strongly caution from this kind of telemarketing scheme. They are convinced this a fraudulent scam. I come to you in hopes for you to stop this crime and provide you the information as I receive it.

They called me and I decided to talk to the operator to chew them out. She hung up on me as soon as I said I wouldn't give her my last name. I tried calling back to harass them because they constantly call saying "This is an important message from Card Member Services" blah blah blah. I know its a scam.
