Numerous calls from this number regarding lowering my interest rate on credit cards. When I push "1" to try to see if I can find out who they are, the phone hangs up.
If you call the number back, you will get a recording that tells you it is a marketing call. Also, it tells you "if you wish to no longer receive calls from this number in the future, please press 1". I just did it so I do not yet know if it will work. It says that it will take up to 24 hours to remove your number from the list. I hope this helps.
Hey guys. Here is what I'm gonna do and I suggest that everyone does the same. Anytime I receive a SCAM call from a solicitor I'm gonna keep him/her on the line for as long as I can. I tried to be polite and ask to be removed but every time they just hang up. If I eat up their time its less time to annoy others......and less profitable.
This number calls my cell phone at least once a day, I have tried to get them to take me off the list, all my phones are on the no call list .. Nothing I have done does any good. If you try to talk to them about it, usually they hang up, So anoying...
