Got a call from this number, they said they were "Account Services" trying to gain access to credit card accounts, to "lower rates" due to the new regulations around the bailout. They then said their website was mysuccesstrack.com which doesn't list debt management as a service. When I further questioned her about the name of the company, she hung up on me. Definitely a scam.

This company called my cell phone number 10/10/11, which is registered with both the federal and state do not call lists. When I answered, I got a recorded message. I pressed the number to speak with a live operator, and he answered with the name David Walker. I said I wanted to be put on their do not call list, and he hung up on me without saying anything. I have gotten the same message on both my home and cell numbers from other phone numbers within the last 4 weeks. Every time I ask to be put on their do not call list, they hang up.
The latest number is 360-529-6190, which is registered to a landline in Snohomish, WA. The previous number 480-422-3069, is registered in Arizona. Another number is 989-854-2368, registerd in Mount Pleasant, MI.
I have reported all numbers to the FTC, the Texas Attorney General, and the Texas Public Utility Commision.
