Another call re Lowering Credit card rate. I pushed #1 to get an agent on the line to discuss. A woman p/u and then hung up! Are these people crazy? Either way it is a big problem for me. My 82 yr old husband is awakened and in general bothered each time. They call on average of 2-3 times per week. I report each call when I'm aware of them.
