They're still doing this - they've been calling me daily for a few weeks, I'm on the do not call list, like they care. SEO Services of Orange County is what they told me. (Latest call 3:44pm Pacific/Cascadian Standard Time, Thursday, 5 November.)
I just got my first call from this number at 2:19pm MST. I didn't answer it because it wasn't a familiar number. No message left. I looked up the number, read about it here, and I have blocked the number.
As everyone here have mostly said, I don't have my own business either. I did talk to GoDaddy (web service providers) about two months ago about what it would take to become an online business, but that seems like a pretty obscure and unlikely connection.
It's odd that there isn't some legal entity we can appeal to to stop repeated calls of robo-spam. Isn't there a law against continuing to call after a resident has put the company on a Do Not Call registry? Who would you call to report the violation?

Won't happen, look up Spanish prisoner scam. Everything IS fake, including her. Note they said Africa--dead ringer for scam. This could be a guy. Ran across a pic somewhere of a whole slew of Nigerian men sitting at computers.
