I was able to get through to a man who said that he was "trying to help me out." I told him that the number he called was a private cell phone. he said that because he was able to se it on public websites (my church's directory), he could call me. He got hostile, told me to "talk to God" about it, then hung up in my ear. These people need to be fined and shut down.
