I unplugged my answering machine so they just reach a ring. I also have purchased a call blocker device and as these calls come in if I am not home to immediately block them I block them manually , it does work. I have written to three different attorney generals in three different states and each one basically said they are spoofed numbers and not much they can do about it. I still would suggest people do the same thing and bombard them something can be done, they just need to be pushed.
The phone rang and I did not answer they didn't leave a message and reading from above I did the right thing. I just don't answer my phone anymore unless I know the name or number which then they have found away to compromise that as well.
The caller ID said ALERT
I received several calls from 360-633-9513 with the name ALERT on ID. I answered and can hear noise in background but no one answers me then I hang up. I am notifying the Do Not Call Registry.
I get plenty of scam calls and I am sick to death of it. Why would a sales person call someone who is obviously mad about the call and will for sure not buy their product? People who call me and are rude or hateful will enevr get any business from me but I get that sort all the time. Some are nasty and hateful and call me names. Some call me back over and over. Why? Do they get satisfaction from ahrassing people? It makes no sense to me. I sure would not call people all day to have them cuss me out and know they all hate me for what I do. Yet they still do it.
