I received this call on both lines simultaneously. When I called them back, an Indian woman with a thick accent answerd "Something loans" and when I said, "Excuse me?" she said, "Personal or business?" I said, "Excuse me?" again and she said, "Loan company." She then hung up on me and when I call back it just rings.
Oh and you also could get a GoogleVoice number (they are free) and just have it go to voicemail. That voicemail can be transcribed and sent to your email. ICANN doesn't say anyone has to actually answer your listed phone number with a human.
7 times in 2 days. I see it's them again, I just hit decline. They must really be hot to lend me money. They probably think I need it to register more domains so they can call more often.

I had a missed call from this number early this morning and received a second call just a minute ago I answered because I wanted to tell them to take me off the call list. I answered and said hello there was a lot of rustling on the end and so I said hello again. Someone with a very thick accent, slurring his words said something inaudible muffled ending in loan. I said "no I don't need a loan please don't call again". He said "I will call you again". I said "no, please take me off the call list". He repeated "I will call you again" all the while slurring his broken English. I asked him why he would be calling again and he said "because you are my friend" I said "no you aren't my friend. Are you drunk? Don't call this number any more". Then my husband got on the phone and asked for him not to call again hand hung up.
Guy with a thick accent called and was very insistent to speak with me, when asked several times said he is with some vague sounding company, refused to end call when I told him to remove my number, so I hung up.
