i just got a call too, same message as "Feb 24 2010" however I waited for the prompt for selecting "2" that discontinues whomever it was from calling me again. not sure this helps.

Same thing.  Had a call from (877) 332 - 9017.  didn't answer since I didn't know it.  2 minutes later, got the call from this number.  Again, didn't answer since I didn't know it.  Maybe a coincidence, but that was 2 odd calls in 2 minutes.  The funny thing is, I've never had a credit card!

Same happened to me. Got a call from my credit card company...didn't answer and then like a minute later this number called me. Not a coincidence!
