Who called from 3607803796

They are calling me from different numbers several times a day from different areas of the US.  I'm getting pretty fed up here.

Sick of the calls 7 times today . What can we do ?

I received the call today from the telemarketer named Ryan with such a heavy Philippino accent that I almost couldn't understand what I was "selected" for.  Yay me! A federal grant from the U.S. Treasury. I responded with, "I am not interested. Please remove my name from you list." Then Mr. RYAN  proceeded to curse me out in his awesome broken English and told me would call and harass me everyday.

They are located in India or Pakistan.  Old scam.  Been around for a while.
