I received a call at 10:05am and I am on the east coast from a Washington State number - which would be 7am their time. Message was cut off but same as other posters - call about case number and left the phone number.
6/19/15 3:10 pm received the same call as everyone else from 360-566-2212 . Recorded female voice that says we have been trying to reach me and that the IRS is filing a law suit against me . Same as everyone else the message said for me to call 340-450-0520 immediately for more information about the law suit . My caller Id showed the original number 360-566-2212 from Vancouver WA . Even though I had already seen reports of this scam on facebook it still made my heart ekip a beat or two at first . Something needs to be done about these people . I have no doubt these people are scamming money out of people who get scared and believe there in trouble . I don't expect the IRS or anyone else to go after these scum bags so the best we can all do is spread the word to your friends and family . Karma will get these idiots eventually !

Same scam. Robocaller says it's the IRS and they are going to file a lawsuit against an unnamed "you." The IRS will never call you like this. They will notify you by mail if they want to talk to you.
