"Officer David Williams" from the "IRS" called me this morning and left a message saying that this is the last chance I have to work with him. Called back from another numbers and after his spiel I told him that I know he's not working with the IRS and knew he was lying about the lawsuit and warrant. He then began asking me what I am wearing, my age, and other inappropriate questions, and said it was okay since I knew he wasn't an official. He asked for my location and I told him that I don't give out personal information to anyone and he "promised" he wouldn't misuse any of it (yeah, I'm sure that since he promised, I can totally trust him!). Don't even give this disgusting piece of crap the time of day. Report it to your wireless service or phone company to see if the can block it from their standpoint as well as your own phone's blocking ability. Get these jerks reported and their numbers taken down. Scum of the earth scammers!
I RECEIVED A VOICE MAIL ON MY CELL PHONE FROM A MAN DESCRIBING HIMSELF AS OFFICER DAVID WILLIAMS WITH THE IRS ADVISING THAT THEY HAVE FILED A CLAIM FOR TAX FRAUD AGAINST ME AND THAT A BENCH WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR MY ARREST. HE STATED THAT I HAVE INTENTIONALLY MADE FRAUDULENT ERRORS ON MY TAX RETURNS FROM 2008-2013 AND THAT I WILL HAVE AN OFFICER OUT TO WHERE I AM WITHIN 45 MINUTES TO ARREST ME. HE WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CASE NUMBER OR WITH WHICH DEPARTMENT/DATE THE BENCH WARRANT WAS FILED. HE THEN INDICATED THAT THE AMOUNT DUE IS $2345.00 AND OF THAT THERE IS A $320.00 PENALTY FEE THAT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY. WHEN I OFFERED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, HE STATED THAT HE IS UNABLE TO DO THAT, THAT IN FACT IT IS TOO LATE AND THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED. I ASKED HIM WHY HE WAS CALLING ME 45 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS TO BE ARRESTED AND REQUESTED A COPY OF THE BENCH WARRANT TO REVIEW. HE DENIED MY REQUEST. I ADVISED HIM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF NOTICE THAT THERE WAS ANY MONIES OWED TO THE POST OFFICE, AT WHICH TIME HE STATED THAT HE HASA TRACKING # OF JS45811 WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT A CERTIFIED SERVICE AND WAS NOT SIGNED FOR THEREFORE I ADVISED HIM THERE IS NO PROOF THAT I RECEIVED ANY NOTICE. HE THEN STATED HE WOULD TRANSFER ME TO SOMEONE ELSE, THE "OTHER PERSON" HE TRANSFERRED ME TO WAS OFFICER DAVID (SAME VOICE AND SAME ACCENT). WHEN I STATED HE WAS THE SAME PERSON,HE DENIED IT. AFTER INDICATING TO HIM THAT I WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY AND KNEW THE PROCEDURES OF LEGAL SUITS AND BENCH WARRANTS AND CONTINUED TO QUESTION HIM, HE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP.
