"Officer David Williams" from the "IRS" called me this morning and left a message saying that this is the last chance I have to work with him. Called back from another numbers and after his spiel I told him that I know he's not working with the IRS and knew he was lying about the lawsuit and warrant. He then began asking me what I am wearing, my age, and other inappropriate questions, and said it was okay since I knew he wasn't an official. He asked for my location and I told him that I don't give out personal information to anyone and he "promised" he wouldn't misuse any of it (yeah, I'm sure that since he promised, I can totally trust him!). Don't even give this disgusting piece of crap the time of day. Report it to your wireless service or phone company to see if the can block it from their standpoint as well as your own phone's blocking ability. Get these jerks reported and their numbers taken down. Scum of the earth scammers!
I just received a call today from a Gary Williams at IRS 360-851-4693. Then I called back and he could not provide me with any info and said I was getting arrested in 45 minutes. Total Scam
My husband got the call from Mr Williams, surely from the middle east with the same scam. Lasuit, irs, fraud tax returns, sending it to the cops to come arrest us if I didn't send them $1,523.00 for years 2008-2014. Asked if I intentiionaly make the mistakes on my return. I heard more in the backgroud of people scamming others. I bet some people fall for this and may even pay. That is the bad part. Someone needs to shut these people down.
This is the second scam call I have received from someone looking for personal information. He didn't even state my name.
"This is the final (can't understand this word) message for you. Please contact me as soon as possible. My number is 3608514693. I repeat the number is 3608514963. Again this is officer David Williams from the IRS."
