called my cell phone.  left no message.

called offering me lower interest rate. I hit zero to try to get an operator and be removed but it just hung up then.

Thats how they avoid being told to have you remove from their call list.
It's like the call never went through basically.

This number calls and offers debt consolidation and when I told him to stop calling he said he will continue to call.

Called and hung up.  Calling the # says mailbox is full.
