I am getting tired of the phone calls to my cell and home phone. I would like to opt out of the herhassing calls. I have no credit cards to lower my interest rate.
I have been getting phone calls from this company for a year now. Different numbers,same company because the message is the same. I have filed a complaint and then a another number shows a couple weeks later. I have stayed on the line and asked to be taken off the list, I just get hung up on. I dont have debt to do anything with.
Same complaint as everyone above. They call 2-3 times per week and when I try to talk to some one live it either hangs up or they hang up once I ask them the name of the company. I am on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to help. I want the people responsible for this scam to go to prison for fraud. Clearly the pre-recorded message make it seem like they are calling from your actual credit card company. Clear example of Phishing.
The 385 area code is a SCAM.....They are calling from other countries using what is known as 'Burn Phones'. PLEASE what ever you do...DO NOT give them any personnal information about yourself. Do no verify any personnal information with them. DO NOT tell them your birthday, address, credit card number, DO NOT give them your SS#, bank account or credit card numbers. Any information you give them about yourself they can use it to put you in financial ruin. I just received another call from Ohio 216-712-1591 for the same thing. I was also told that the DO NOT CALL LIST does not cover call from out of the country. Play is safe and NENVER give personnal information or donate monies via the telephone. Treat you phone like you tell your children to treat strangers. STRANGER DANGER via the telephone.... Be SAFE!!!!
