Why can't something be done about this? Doesn't it fall under harrassment? I do not have credit card debt and do not care to lower my interest rate. I just don't want these annoying phone calls on my cell. I guess it's time to use call blocking realizing they will just use another number! Why is the do not call list working on this one? Can't they get involved?
