Got this call today and pressed 1 to speak to the representative. A lady introduced herself as an agent for the card services. I aked her what card services? She said: " Do you have credit card?" I told her I have a bullet for the card services' agent, and she hang up. I was laughing all day long.
Me too! I'm on the no call list but they called my cell phone too. I didn't answer, but I guess that no call registry list isn't working like it should be....
I've been told before that if I tell them to take my name off the list they have to, but when I start the phrase "Please remove my...." they hang up before I can even get the rest of my sentence out.
