They left me a voicemail without even realizing it, I think. Not a word of English. There were several people speaking to each other in some Asian language - I am not sure which - Chinese or Vietnamese, perhaps... In the background it did sound like some sort of "calling center" with someone trying to speak some English, but it was in the distance... Interesting and weird!
Spam * had them try to scam me as a collection agency with different number and name so I reported them to attorney general and bam two weeks later different number slight different name trying to say if I don't call back I lose my right to a attorney ha ! There now going as smith and associates and before it was smith and rosenberg law group
Another panic call from my elderly Mother... She gets calls from this number - and nothing is said for awhile, and then she hangs up. It is enough to scare her as she lives alone and this happens a LOT. She has changed her number in the past, but this still happens. I am fairly certain she is a target because of the
zip code she lives in. WHY CAN'T this sort of thing be STOPPED? I don't get it and I don't know how to help her. It's not nice to freak out old ladies!
These people call me at least three times a day. It's Federal Financial. I've told them to take me off their list, I'm not interested. Today the phone rang, that number came up. When I answered no one was on the other end. I'm ready to take further action if they do it one more time!
