Who called from 3852293005

We are unlisted and on the no-call list. This number (385-229-3005) calls me has called me 4 times over the last month. Very annoying.

They just keep calling after I've let them know I'm not interested.

Called while I was on vacation.  Blocked with Mr. Number and am filing a complaint with DNC.

get a call from 385 229 3005 to my cel phone. the woman with heavy accent told me she want to talk to the owner of this phone i told her i am speaking and who are you. said from federal financial, told me i won a ton of money and give her name, address, ss....... i told her take my name of and dont bother to call ever again, she told me i wasted her time. today is 6/28/12   ....6.12 pm she called

Why can't these numbers be stopped? Hard to believe the phone companies and FCC are so powerless.
