No answer at all. This is a repetitious call. I'm sure just like reading an email they know when someone on your end picks up the phone and voila - a response and an active number to be used again in the future. Imagine having your first slinky toy or snickers bar at 18! Foreign countries are discovering ways to scam that go back centuries in the USA. The internet allows for it, they can find numbers anywhere. And they don't have to follow international laws if they don't want to. They are criminals at best.
The woman who called spoke poor english. I could not understand what she was mumbling. She kept saying that she was calling from a financial group in Salt Lake City, giving away stuff. She said there was nothing to buy. She just wanted to ask me a few questions to verify that I would qualify. I did not give out any info, and kept asking her what it is she wanted. She kept repeating her "script" about my number was randomly selected and I would win cash or a Ford Explorer. Well, when I kept questioning her "What do you want?", she got flustered, stopped talking, and I hung up on her. SCAM!!! Beware...
Got a call from a lady with a heavy accent that said she was from federal financial and that my phone number was randomly selected to receive $2400. She talked so fast and with accent that I couldn't understand anything else she was saying and then she hung up on me. Phone number online said it Utah area code
