Called me this AM. Caller id said cell phone from Utah. Woman with broken english said I got a free certificate if I answered a few questions. Wanted to know my age, whether I worked, whether my husband worked and what income category we belonged in. I gave inaccurate answers on all but the income question, which I told her I would not answer. When she tried to insist, I hung up.
a bunch of scammers.... lady w broken english said I won something couldnt make out what, but I spoke with her for a minute or two. asked me a couple of questions, obviously I lied.... when asked about my income i told her 800k and she said "r u sure"? hahaha then i just hung up
i give people like that the address of the local police station, and the general number of the police switchboard... let them waste their time on that!
Got a call from a (Filipino sounding) with a heavy accent claiming that she was from federal financial and that my phone number was randomly selected. She said "I am not selling you anything" and so I told her, "YOU'VE CALLED A COMPANY," What is the name of "YOUR COMPANY" and "what can I do for you?" She then instantly hung up on me. Just ask them annoying questions back and they'll hang up and probably remove you!
