I just got one of these pre-recorded messages, and I'll report them to the CRTC since I'm on the DNC list. I don't know if the CRTC actually does anything, but I might as well bug the hell out of them. It costs me nothing, and maybe one day they'll actually get sick of complaints and do something about these callers.
As a rule, I don't do any business with anyone over the phone unless I initiate the call, and then only with companies I know.
just saw they left a message - it was a pre-recorded message from a lady named 'Deborah' telling me that it is my last chance to call to get a lower interest rate on my credit card.
