Got a call from these crafty scumbags more then once. Calling me was one thing, but calling my family saying they have "documents" for me and do they know where I am. Scammers..creeps...penny chasing fuckery! Don't be duped...and most of all...don't be grieved.
Just got a call from the number 3862569079, it was a women telling me that there was pending legal action being taken against me and that i needed to call the number. When asked what it was about she had no knowledge and that they would send me the papers to go to court. It is a scam, if you have pending court civil actions against you then how can obtain credit cards one right after the other....
Received a call today from a "third party" caller and she said I have a pending civil suit against me. She gave me an 800# to call along with a case#. I called 877-800-6027 and the grouchy sounding dude on the other line asked for the last 4 digits of my SS#. I asked, "For what..Why not an address or birthdate?" and he said, "Well ma'am, we will just be mailing you the legal documents." I said NO PROBLEM. Get the hell outta here with that mess! They are scammers, so BEWARE!

Where are the papers, nothing has ever been sent to me. I believe this is a scam.
