Who called from 3864474875

I get a call from this number atleast once a week and they don't leave a message.  My caller i.d. says call center N.C.

I called this number back after I received it on my caller i.d. and it says I have reached a number that has been disconnected.

I hung up because I suspected fraud.

I've asked repeated to be put on a do-not-call list and never am.  They keep on calling.  The people who take the calls are obstructive and claim that I have to give them personal information (like what interest rates I pay on my credit cards), that I have to listen to their offer so that I can give them a justified reason why I'm not interested, etc. before they can put me on their no-calling list.  They won't give a company name or a company phone number when asked for it, nor will they let me talk to anyone else.  Absolute scum bags.  I'm reporting them to the FCC too, like the person above.

I have the palm coast fl police on the case..The number is associated with 4 addresses in palm coast:104 eastwood drive...65 paul lane...hernandez avenue...62 pennsylvania lave
