I am on the DNC list but get calls from this number saying, "Do not be alarmed..." and they want to lower your interest rate(s) on your credit cards. Refused to give me name of company. This same message is also on an area code from New Brunswick, Canada.
Got only one call tonite. ID says Lucille Larioni which is a Florida number. Am on the list too, but do not know what needs to be done to get them fined.
