Who called from 3864474875

They are now using 50622555405 as well.  (I realize there is an extra number, but that's how it came up on the phone.)  I recieved calls from both numbers offering a lower interest rate on my credit card.

Annoying call saying I qualified to lower my interest rate??  Press 1 etc.

How did they get my number though?? I received a call from the 386 number yesterday and the 506 a few times over the past couple of weeks.

This is funny, that someone can call, and you know its a scam, and no one will do anything about it?

I didn't answer as i didn't recognize the area code.  I googled the number and was surprised to read all the above comments about this stupid company.
I'm also listed on the donotcall list.
