Who called from 3864474875

I get this call many times.  When I return a call, it says not in service.
Once I stayed on the line to talk to someone and asked them in person not to
call, they hung up on me.

Every so often one of these slips thorough, but after they are reported - nothing!

Just came home and had this call on my voicemail, same as everyone else,
Donotcall.gov wants a name for this number how do you get that, my caller id only says Palm Coast, Fl 386-447-4875

I did not answer

I got a call from this number today (sept. 15, 2008) at 8:57 pm. When I answered the phone a recording said "You have won a free cruise to the Caribbean! Don't hang up. Please press 9."

I hung up, fearing that I may incur charges if I stayed on the line.
