Did not answer.  This is a complete scam.

I didn't answer; No message. I called back & got the same recording. I did the exact same thing. I will be reporting them to my donotcall number also. I searched the number w/my app. Came up Dew Knot No., Rhode Island

Just called my fax line which is unattended. I never would have know except I was sitting next to the fax when it lit up.

Answered and automated message asked me to press one to lower my interest rate to 6%; press two to discontinue this call. Also, they never stated what credit card they were from and said to 'consider this your last notice'. SPAM

Called my cell. Since it was an unknown number and I don't know anyone in Rhode Island nor did my address book recognize the number I did not answer. No message left but I suspect it is a scam
