Received an automated call stating "Hello this is Heather at Account Services and we're calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There's no current problems currently with my accounts, it is urgent however that I contact them concerning my eligibility for lowering my interest rates, to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day."

Create a contact in your directory titled "SPAM"

Set the preferences to "All calls to voice mail"

Any number you don't want to be bothered by again add to this contact.

Or just download a free call blocking app.

called before 9 am CST and caller id showed "Survey" with number being 401-203-8038.  Immediately blocked it from future calls.  Don't do surveys and don't answer unknown callers.  Figured it was a scam and looks like I was correct.  They just never give up.
