received same message two days in a row....using maiden name....same message every time....refuse to answer any number that I don't know....scammers....or just someone who really has nothing better to do with their own time.
I get these call from a past employee. I tell them each time that he has not worked here in years to stop calling. This time I ask what the company names is. She said " The information Center". I ask again the information center for what company. I said I need your company name to give it to the attorny gerneral office of Indiana. She said she would remove my companys phone number for her records.
I just the same phone call. She makes herself out to be from the States Attorney Office. I know it is a scam, but it is very scary. If they can issue a summons on my SS#, what does that mean. I can never get credit, that is trashed already. I have never received anything in the mail, until I do they can pound sand.
They are calling my house frm 730am-6pm Pacific Coast time . It's a computer animated voice of a female calling in.She would tell me that I have 2 charges pending on me for forgery n fraudulent use of a credit card. If I don't get it resolved immediately that my case will go to court and my rights will b forfeited.
some one from this number called me this morning threating to serve me a warrant for a payday loan I never had. the man said he would come to my house.
