If everyone who took the time to write a complaint here on this website also wrote an e0mail to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) these people (scammers) would be out of business by now.
I've had this system in the past.When we had a fals alarm these people called the police in the wrong county.If there had been a real problem there would have been no help showing up.
I canceled with them & went with Brinks.
We have been getting calls from them 6 and 7 times a day. So tonight my husband picked it up and screamed as loud as he could. Hey it might work. It was funny because I just expected him to tell them to quit calling.
I would like to know how they got through on a No Call List from Gov. I know it is easy for they just buy lists. Anyway I finally had to hang up on him for he wouldn't shut up.
First call came from 212-201-1844 [Manhattan, NY], which when called back is "Not in Service". Then a call from Jason at 401-365-1125 [Pawtucket, RI]. Same story about survey, free $1200 system if a sign put up and we told our neighbors and friends, said they would cover all the doors, $36/month but did not state length of contract. Asked if we had any dogs and what kind.
Installation by Leon Knickerbocker was scheduled for 9AM the next morning, which is when the calls from this number started and many again from 365-1125. Leon never showed up, but they said he knocked on the door repeatedly without an answer, no vehicles ever entered the long driveway.
