Who called from 4017620000

They just called me and were in the middle of a conversation with someone else. I hung up. I think they called me last week too.

Got a call while I was on the other line, tried calling it back and was told it was disconnected. It comes from a RI area code.

This number keeps calling... in the middle of another conversation and they do not talk to you.  Then they hang up.

Girl called and said Hello but hung up after she realized it was a machine she was talking to.Caller ID said call was coming from Woonsocket,RI....but no name. Called back and message said # was disconnected.?

The do not call list does not work.  There are loopholes, too.
