Same here...if it is someone checking to see if someone is home or not, I feel bad for the person that tries to come into this house with my pit bull here.
They just called my home and the caller sounded like he was either very nervous or on drugs. I believe he said "ok cutie " when I said the homeowners were unavailable.... very weird to me. Seems like it could be a ' casing call ' to see when people are home.
My wife got a call from this number and they said, " I can see you" then hung up. needless to say, this freajed her out a little. So we called the State police to let them know...
