Got two calls total from this number. One on the 22nd at 8:15am and another on the 23rd at 7:15pm. I haven't received any calls since then. I have been receiving calls from a different number claiming to be Chase USA, but for THIS number, I have not spoken to anyone nor have they left any messages. I had not received any of these numbers until I got my Chase card...soooo the card will be canceled because it's more annoying than it's worth.
I have the exact same experience and it is happening both on my cell phone, at home and at work!
They have the nerve to say the call may be recorded! That is called wiretapping.Now I just yell at them and tell them to stop calling this number. Almost immediately after, I get another call from the same dude. Errrrrgggg.
This is NOT Chase's number. I had called their customer service to confirm this number and they told me that it's NOT one of their phone numbers. They are very aware of the scam going on with this number. Just IGNORE any calls from this number. File a report with the FTC. These scams have got to stop.
