Got two calls total from this number. One on the 22nd at 8:15am and another on the 23rd at 7:15pm. I haven't received any calls since then. I have been receiving calls from a different number claiming to be Chase USA, but for THIS number, I have not spoken to anyone nor have they left any messages. I had not received any of these numbers until I got my Chase card...soooo the card will be canceled because it's more annoying than it's worth.
I think this might be related on the Advanced Marketing scam where your credit card is charged every month for identity theft protection that you never authorized. I believe this for the following reasons:
* Both Advanced Marketing and this company are Omaha numbers.
* Both the unauthorized charges and the phone calls started at the same time.
* This company has unsavory reputation.
They are trying to reach my ex-husband. I tried accepting the call to tell them that he does not live here and found that there is no way to speak to a customer service representative. I then searched the number on the internet to get a "real person" contact and was unsuccessful at that. They call morning and night and I want the calls to stop.
It really IS Chase credit card collections - confirmed with the customer rep that I talked to. I had to enter sixteen zero's for an account # to get anybody at all.

I too am doing the research before I ever WANT to talk to these people - if I ever do. I did a search for chase offices in Omaha and this was the first thing that came up.
I found an address to match the phone number:
7210 World Communications Drive, Omaha, NE 68122
They do claim to be "Chase USA" and said in the links above, they may do business with Chase however this is not an official chase branch. There is no Chase branch in Omaha according to the official Chase.com.
