This is a number that appeared on my business phone's caller I.D. It was a recorded message regarding a "problem with my checking account" and that I had "Return a call to 402-316-5979 in order to not have to render money."
SCAM! This number is linked to a widely reported scam outlining the same type of recorded message I have received. This was placed to a business number where my checking account is balanced to the penny every day. Don't fall for this scam, in fact do NOT return the call.
